On Saturday afternoon the weather was perfect. There was a good turn out especially with Met North using the event as a training exercise for students. Thanks to all who shared their maps. My sincerist apologies to everyone on the Red courses who couldn't reach the fourth control and found the site dangerous. The tracks have been regraded on Mt Gravatt and some tracks are different to when originally mapped. This requires the orienteer to also read contours and features and not rely solely on tracks. Harry did a good job for his first course setting. Thanks to Pam and Alan Cox and Michael Sheppard for their assistance.
