A cool sunny day with lots of wattle in full bloom greeted a good rollup to Cherrabah for the now-annual Seniors event. A welcome cuppa and cake for the senior runners were balanced by lolly snakes for the juniors, including many members of the Queensland Schools Team. The area is mainly open woodland, but the southeast of the map now has significant lantana, so runners found ways around, through and, in one case, under the clumps. Thanks to BBB and RROC members for help with the event, particularly to David Flood for his contribution to the fieldwork.
