On one of the coldest days of the Southern Downs winter (but ideal for running) a good crowd, including a number of young people and a visitor from Western Australia, gathered for runs on the (for once) green slopes of the Goomburra Valley. In true BBB fashion, we welcomed a number of new-comers to the sport with surprisingly lush grass and no burrs. Thanks to David Flood, Anne and Doug Wilson for assistance running the event.
